Important Information

All memberships are month to month contracts auto-renewing on a monthly basis on the anniversary date of your agreement. Unless otherwise indicated as non-recurring purchase.
Any unused sessions will expire within 30-days of the purchase date.

Please schedule online or by calling the office of Nordic Recovery directly. There is a $10 fee if you are a no-show to your appointment. The same charges apply for a late-cancel which is 24 hours before the session begins. There is no charge for rescheduling within the outlined time frame. There is no charge for being late, we just may not be able to accommodate a reschedule.

All Monthly memberships must provide a written notice of cancel 15-days prior to the next billing cycle before cancellation will go into effect.
All Memberships become non-refundable 72-hours after purchase date.
